Solved Get RoboForm to work on Chrome browser in Windows 7

December 3, 2013 at 07:34:20
Specs: Windows 7
Just a quick question. I'm using the Chrome browser but find that my RoboForm doesn't pop up and offer to fill in passwords, etc. Is there any way to change some settings to make RoboForm work? It works fine with IE. Thanks.

I contacted RoboForm and was told that there is no way to use my version of RoboForm (6.10.2) with the newer versions of Chrome. I would have to upgrade to RoboForm 7 or live without Chrome. Thanks for your reply.

Perhaps it wants to use it's own. Try going into settings, at the bottom go into the "Advanced settings", then scroll down and you likely see where Chrome's auto fill is enabled, perhaps try disabling theirs. It may also see it as a pop up, so you could also check the pop up blocker settings in Chrome.

To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!

Hi HopperRox

Thanks for your replies. I disabled the auto fill and allowed pop ups. Unfortunately, neither worked. Chrome just doesn't seem to recognize RoboForm.
