Get a 'Select Country' dialog box after start

August 13, 2011 at 19:03:21
Specs: Windows 7
After my computer starts up, a Install dialog box appears asking me to choose a country. There is no identification of the program that will be installed. If I remove a file called GLBCB3a.tmp from the Processes dialog in Task Manager the Select Country dialog box disappears. I have no idea what is trying to install.

Just load up winpatrol (free)
http://www.winpatrol.com/download.html
run the program and check the startup items. You can remove it there.

I had the exact same problem happening with the same GLBCB3a.tmp file coming up in processes. MalwareBytes didn't do anything, but Ad-Aware Free version did the trick. It found and removed 49 items from my computer. I rebooted my computer and all was well!
