Gaming pc turns on and off constantly.few seconds at most

Specs: Windows 7
I vacuumed out the dust on our IBUYPOWER gaming computer because of all the dust. Now we turn it on, it shuts off then does this over and over and over. Will not stay on more than a few seconds.

Did you use a regular vacuum with a metal hose end? Computers are very sensitive to static electricity. If you didn't take the proper precautions, you could have damaged any number of components. You'll probably have to take it to a shop for analysis.

In addition to the above response I can suggest one other possibility. You may have jarred the heatsink and now do not have a good thermal connection. You need to remove it and clean ALL thermal compound/pad off both surfaces and reapply thermal paste.

You did not supply any specs so I can't advise you of the proper technique. You can also re-seat all cards, RAM and cables.

The fact it even starts is a good sign.

Over a period oxide builds up on edge connectors. The slightest movement can sometimes move RAM (for instance) onto a bad part. Try cleaning all edge connectors, with a pencil eraser then inserting the cards/RAM in and out a few times to remove the oxide from the sockets too. I have known SATA power connectors to give this sort of trouble too.

Make sure all cable connectors are pressed firmly home - something could easily have been disturbed.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
