Specs: Windows 7
How do I get my gaming graphics and graphics score up? It's a 3.2. Is there something I need to install?

What video card are you using?

Scores are related to the level of the card, if your scores are low then get a better card.

If you are using the on-board or on-chip graphics (i series) you will need a PCIe2 16x gaming graphics card in order to get higher. I get a 6.9 with a GTS250 card.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

You can look locally at any computer store, but my personal preferences are these two sites (assuming you are reffering to a desktop computer, if a laptop, you probably are out of luck)[You will need to know what type of graphics interface your system has ie:APG, PCI, PCIexp16, PCIexp2-16, etc. AND select that first on the left column like "PCI Express 2"]:

Post back system details and what games you plan to use and any price range restrictions for additional advice.
