What's a "Learn2 Player"+its Function??? I want to UNISTALL it, but I need to know its function, before I might unintall a neccesary program.

Some say AOL but when I try other searches to include AOL you'd think they would admit to installing it. Dunno what it is exactly but many have deleted it. Get and keep a good security suite. Most complete ones are able to seek out and warn or eliminate bad apps.
