frequent hard disk shutdown

Specs: Windows 7
when ever i played games or using internet explorer with exterme flash content (facebook games) my laptop got heated and the hard disk will get shut down immediately... i dont know how to over come this problems.. can u suggest some idea please...

Laptops are not typically well suited to games (graphics performance, battery, heat). Apparently as you said, your problem is probably due to heat buildup. If you are using it on a soft surface (bed, 'lap' couch, etc) try using it on a hard surface like a table or desk. Otherwise look into a laptop cooler. Look at tigerdirect.com and newegg.com and especially read the customer reviews about effectiveness within your price range.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
