Free 32-bit software to run on Win7 64-bit

Specs: Windows 64
looking for some free softwear which is support to run the 32 bit version run on windows 7 64 bit version

If your application is a 32 bit legacy program Windows 7 64 bit can run it natively without problem (almost in compatibility mode).

Win 64 bit version is however unable to run 16 bit applications without a virtual machine annd the inside guest operating system.

thanks for your help but i got the mesage that cd is not support the windows 64 bit version ask your cd provider for assistance

any virtual machine will help, do a search on google and take your choice..there are some good free ones.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

If Windows 7 can't access your CD drive, that is a DRIVER problem since any OS can access a well finished CD no matter which environment burned it.

To operate a virtual machine as MS Virtual PC or Open Source VirtualBox you need to install as guest a legal copy of the operating system. To run DOS applications you may install FreeDOS, thr free Open Source DOS clone if you don't have the MS-DOS installation diskettes.

Again you must have the Windows 7 64 bit driver to access your CD device.
