Looks like a major corruption. Have you tried Windows System Restore back to a time when it was OK - it keeps your own stuff? It might turn out to be a hardware issue.

EDIT:
What are the three lines you are getting?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

What programs have you run specifically?
As mentioned, I would run a system restore to a date well before the issues began, even a little, then run Malwarebytes, update and run antivirus program, post Malwarebytes log here (copy/paste) for review and more suggestions.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

After doing the above posts.

Run AdwCleaner

Tutorial

Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan
In the results tabs, uncheck anything you don't want to remove.
Click on Cleaning.
Confirm each time with Ok.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Please Copy & Paste the contents of that logfile with your next answer.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

"Every file I open has these 3 lines"
"3 files that are in every file"
"See title for the file titles"

Sorry but these three above conflict and are a bit confusing. We need to properly understand what you are seeing.

Are you saying that each file you open starts with three repeated lines (each as per title of this post)? If so what type of files are these - doc, txt, all files?

Or are you saying that the names of all your files have changed that given?

In what way is Yahoo page now different (briefly)?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Every folder I open there is with in all the other lines 3 lines with the line as stated in title. Clicking on 1 of them I am taken to a page that speaks of file encryption and how each of my files are safe and enxrioted. And Yahoo is different just by itsblook it's font. Just looks fake

recovery+uwqfu.htnl
recovery+uwqfu.txt and
recovery+uwqfu.png

in every folder that I open these are there--everywhere---like I tried to type from my phone----when I click on one, a web looking page comes up and talks about file encryption and if I click on one of 3 links I can get my encrypted files back--I have tried to restore, but restore says that there are no restore points.

Run HitmanPro Kickstart. Note: You will need a USB flash/thumb/pen drive to use this method.

Create a HitmanPro.Kickstart USB flash drive on a good comp, then insert the flash drive in the faulty comp.
Boot & go into the bios & change the boot order to the thumb drive first. F10 to Save & Exit.
