Fatal error creating new folder in Windows 7

Microsoft Windows 7 home premium 64-bit
July 10, 2010 at 03:48:37
Specs: Windows 7
Everytime I right click to open the menu, I scroll down to new. As soon as my cursor touches it, an error comes up saying: " WIBUShell64 ... FATAL ERROR WB6 " after which the desktop refreshes. I am not able to even see the sub menu under the new option, to create anything new such as a new folder or briefcase folder, in any other folder or on my desktop? Please help! Is this a virus?!

Google failed to bring up anything meaningful to WIBUShell64 ... FATAL ERROR WB6 . Here is my shot in the dark - Are you running Windows Blind?
