Specs: Windows 7
Hello,
I suddenly had "blue screens" and it says "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" in there. also I run HP Assistant Tests and results are:

Battery - PASSED
Star-UP - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3
Memory - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3
Hard Disk - PASSED
Run-In - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3

Computer HP Pavilion dv7-6000er, Win7 x64 Home Extended (or so ...)

I bought this notebook a month ago and rarely used it. What could happen I can't imagine.
So please explain me the following:

1. what means this "memory management blue screens" and
2. what does this failure ID mean?
3. what should I do?

It might be due to using some x86 software on x64 notebook or this is memory cheap hardware part passed away? Please help. It's an expansive computer and I need it to be in perfect working condition immediately.

Thank you,
Alex G.

I would download and run memtest86 from memtest.org to run diagnostics on your memory

doesnt matter. I downloaded the precompiled bootable iso then burned the iso to cd and ran on boot and worked fine on my x64 laptop

Now they have *NEW option to instal it on flash-memory so I'm running it from stick thing. So it's been 3:46 since I started and it looks like it's endless, isn't it? Does it suppose to end sometime?

By now I have
Pass: 3
Errors 24832 .

So I guess I should by a new memory DDR3 stick?
Thanks a lot for your help!

If it's only a month old take it back and have them replace the memory. There should be no errors.
