Solved Failed to create a phone-book entry

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium
I get this message every time I try to connect to Virgin Mobile Broadband. Modem worked well for 1st 2 months. Toshiba Satellite with windows 7 Home Premium. I have uninstalled all a/v & firewall software, as well as early everything installed since new. Virgin help line no help. Modem works ok on another system.

I notice it's a Huawei modem so have a look HERE for
a possible solution - it's for XP so you may have to look in a
slightly different location for the folder described.
