Specs: Windows 7, Intel Pentium D 925
I use Juno on my computer to manage my e-mail messages. I have Juno set to backup each time I exit the program, but it fails to do so. So why am I here for a Juno problems. I have backed up my messages, uninstalled than reinstalled Juno, but still have the problem. I can't believe that Juno is the problem or other Juno users would have the same problem. Can you think of anything in Windows 7 that could be affecting Juno?

Thanks for "listening", Uncle Dewey

I use Thunderbird by Firefox for emails. If you cannot resolve then consider changing.

Hi John & Fingers,

Juno has a backup program that I can use after I exit Juno, so I don't need the other programs. A long time ago I considered Thunderbird, but for some reason decided not to use it. I've been using Juno for at least 30 years, so am hesitant to use a new e-mail address. Juno used to be free, but is now a bit over $20.

Since you are paying for it you are essentially paying for support. Make them earn the money you are giving them. See if their support is worth the money you have been paying, let them find the solution or go with someone else.
I personally like Thunderbird, others like Outlook. Thunderbird is free and independent of MS and works for me.

I am putting pressure on them and in addition to another problem with two people who are on the same web site who get mail returned as undeliverable. I would think I'd like to Thunderbird, but am resistant since all my e-mail history, addresses, and changing my address for my zillion e-mail friends.

Thanks for you input, Uncle Dewey
