Specs: Windows7 Ultimate 64, 2GHz / 3GB
Clicking F1 anywhere results in a blank Windows Help and Support screen. Any ideas for a solution?

You could try doing the following to repair Windows Files:

1. Click Start.
2. Type in this: sfc /scannow
3. Press enter.

Also: Does clicking on Help and Support from the Start Menu work okay?

Mouse could not be found. Click OK to continue.
What to do now?

Thanks for the response, but I had already done that with no result. I have no Help and Support entry on my start menu.

Right click on the Start button > Properties > Start Menu > Customize, scroll down to > Help & Tick. Click OK then Apply & OK.

Thanks for the post. I hadn't thought of that. Unfortunately, "Help" was already checked. So, I unchecked, etc. and rechecked, but to no avail. Nice try, though!
