every computer I use freezes frequently.

Specs: Windows 7, Ram 4G
Every computer I use freezes frequently. My work computer is a HP G71-34ous Notebook, new 04-2010. It has frozen frequently since new. In training I froze every computer I worked on. My current computer has been checked by three computer techs from different places and found to be working perfectly, that is until I get near it. I sometimes make a computer freeze by standing near it, without touching it. This is extremely aggravating!

Ha Ha, You should get a job with the FBI. They could send you out to block hackers.

Thanks for the helpful remarks. If there is a non-clown out there that has run into this before with any ideas that might help please let me know. So far nobody has found a solution, as far as I know. That includes a friend who troubleshoots computers for military aircraft. His analysis is that the problem is not with the computer, but it is something to do with me, maybe my own electric field.

Jackavery, I do not have a usefull answer, but here is a link to a site hat deals with your problem.

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/i...
Here is one of the answers that matches your situation.

I cant use a digital watch this started 15 years ago when i was electrocuted by 220 volts ended up in the hospital and they could not get the instruments to work properly on me. I didn't think a thing about it until i was out and home .I started noticing that when i would walk under street lights they would go out electric doors would keep opening and closing and any kind of monitoring instruments would go haywire if i was to close . Through out the years i guess i lost my charge but i still cant wear a digital watch and my ears still ring

Not sure how to stop it i was always trying to enhance it think of the possibility's at the casino
I think its another kind of energy that we don't understand or even discovered yet.

Maybe this link is a bit of help.

Cheers Peter

Thank you Peter. I'm told that it shouldn't make a difference, but I am a cancer survivor and as a result of my diagnosis and treatments I've had a lot of CT scans, Xrays, etc. My oncologist has mentioned to me that I might want to avoid any more radiation than is necessary in the future because of the amount I've already been exposed to. I don't know what causes it, I just know I use a computer all day long at work, and I spend about half of the time waiting for it to unfreeze.

jackavery, if you had mentioned the above in your origional post you would have gotten more serious quality answers.
You may want to look into a grounding armband of some sort to use while operating a PC.
Merry Christmas & Happy holidays to you.
