Error Win 7 System32 path cannot be found - POST 1

Specs: Windows 7
I try to log on to my original account and I get the black screen and the message that System 32 pathway can not be found. What happened?

Hi jmcox,

Are you able to boot the system in Safe Mode?

Restart the system and tap F8 for Advance Boot Options. Select Safe Mode and hit enter.

Did you try repairing the operating system using the link given in my previous post?
