Solved Error: Target Of Internet Shortcut Not Valid?

hello..
i have aproblem with my computer,, if i start or open it there is always saying,

the target of this is not valid.go to the internet
shortcut property sheet and make sure the target is correct.

      This post is for Vista, but should be the same for W7.

      Right click on the shortcut and select Properties.
      Select the Web Document tab.
      Correct the web address in the URL field. Generally it should start with http:// or https://
