error, System.UnauthorizedAccess running win7

Microsoft Office access v.2007
June 21, 2011 at 13:11:51
Specs: Win 7 enterprise SP2, 4gb
At the place I work we have a user that is having trouble running a wonderware application called Archestra IDE. when we try to run the program, a box pops up that tries to connect to the remote server it pops up an error that states "Archestra IDE has stopped working" and an error in event log comes up that states "System.UnauthorizedAccess"

I am not familiar with these error messages, what does the "system.unauthorizedaccess" usually point to? The user has admin rights, and has gone through and ran the program as administrator with the same issue.

Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated, thank you!

1- Your system administrator should be answering (or asking) this question.
2- Your system administrator should contact the software vendor to find out about the conflict and what the program is trying to do that violates the system's rules.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Fingers : I am the systems administrator. We've talked to the vendor, and they point it towards our local group policies/etc but another user on the same network w/ same series laptop and same TYPE of user it's able to work just fine.

Doesn't make sense, any other thoughts?
