error message : msizpa32.dll

Specs: Windows 7, Core i3 2,53 GHz 4,0 GB
I am just uninstalling Download Accelerator Plus (DAP), SpeedBit and Babylon.
Then when I restart my computer, an error message appear and Firefox does not work.
IE9 can work.

"There was a problem starting msizpa32.dll"
"The specified module could not be found"

Can anybody help me?
I could not find msizpa.dll in my computer and Google.

You download Your Uninstalled software download after that installed Your Uninstalled
software. Your Problem is sloved

I have installed DAP, SpeedBit and Babylon.

Get rid of all three of those add ons you listed. Unless you are using a dialup connection you don't need any help with downloads.

Babylon is spyware.

After removing all, download Ccleaner Slim from the link below. Run both the cleaner and resgistry tools.

Then download Firefox from the link below.

When installing ANY software you MUST watch and read the screens. Cash is made by pushing crap you don't want. You may need to untick things during the installation process.

I can delete msizpa32.dll from regedit,
I have run ccleaner, drives defragment, reinstall firefox, but firefox still not work.
