Erroneously formatted Win7 recovery partition

Specs: Windows 7
my laptop is Hp G61,i erroneosly formated my recovery partiton disk and i have lost my backup disk 1.please assisst

Did you also overwrite or merge the recovery partition? If not, then testdisk MIGHT be able to restore the partition. Get testdisk at the link below. Be sure to read all help files before using.

If all else fails you may be able to get a set of restore disks from HP.

I have Windows 7 HP computer desktop
My Factory Image (D) in = Computer section.
It can't be used without the CD's that HP allows
each computer owner to make. (Only one copy allowed)
I've tried many times to make sure I didn't make a mistake.
The message says to Insert your CD or contact your manufacturer
for these CD's
You can get the required CD's from your manufacturer if you can
prove ownership. They only require the cost of shipping.

Windows XP allowed a System Recovery without a CD but
It's not allowed with my HP computer without the CD's
For my pc it's 3 total.
