emachines W3653 won't boot

Specs: Ungenuine Windows 7
I have an emachines W3653. On random occasions, it will not boot properly. It will beep once initially, but will get stuck at a black screen that says,

"USB Storage Device : Apple iPod 1.62
SATA Channel 1 . Master Disk : LRG,ATA 100, 320GB
SATA Channel 1 . Master Disk HDD S.M.A.R.T. capability .... Disabled
PCI device listing ..."

The rest is the list of Bus numbers, Device numbers, Function numbers, etc.
Not sure how to get around it. Tried opening CMOS and BIOS and neither will even open. If the PC is left off for a few days, then tried again, it will boot. That's not consistent at all, however.
I'm trying to get this situated so that I can get this PC up and running again. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Pretty much. Basically when the computer got to me it had a pirated version of Win 7. I don't have a Win 7 disc or I'd just format..reinstall. Can't seem to figure a way to get the system secure enough to not crash like it has without buying a new OS disc set or a license from Microsoft.

it might be a soft bad sector in your hard disk so that it won't boot up, or you done something in your hardware, maybe your sata controller is the problem nor the power supply in your hard disk would possibly powerless,
even your os was not genuine it can boot properly and ask for the activation code..
hope this will help you..

So, if it's a bad sector , the sata controller or the hard disk power supply...how can I fix it? I haven't run across this issue with PCs before so it's all very foreign to me. I can live with it asking me for an activation code all the time as long as it boots and runs programs. Thank you, by the way, for the help so far. ^.^
