DLL error : iedkcs32.dll error , Assistance Required

March 15, 2014 at 21:52:58
Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate
I turned my computer off one night and then the next morning, I couldn't boot my computer. I used a system restore disc I created and managed to get the computer running again.

However, when i signed into my profile it did not sign in correctly and it said that c:/windows/system/iedkcs32.dll could not be found and that it couldnt open my user profile instead giving me a temporary with no programs or any of my documents.

I was wondering whether anyone knew how to help and what were the required steps to do so?

What's the next step?

Keep in mind to try Safe mode & always right click any program ( such as Command prompt ) & select > Run as Administrator.
