disable Windows 7 DEBUG ENTRY boot option

Dell Inspiron 11z notebook- customizable

Specs: Windows 7, p4 3.4 ghz, 2gb ram
so i somehow got 3 different boot options when i start my computer up- This is what it looks like:

1. windows 7
2. DEBUGENTRY
3. debugentry

just wondering how i get rid of the option 2 and 3 and have it automatically boot into windows 7

right click on computer
left click on properties
left click on advanced system settings
left click on start up and recovery settings
make sure windows 7 is showing on the drop-down box
make sure both boxes below are unchecked
