Post typed in uppercase are hard to read, in forums uppercase is regarded as SHOUTING and a lot of helpers will ignore them... use lower case!

Regards

As stated, posting in all caps is considered shouting.

Do you feel comfortable taking the computer apart and checking the cables to the hard drive? Did anything happen to the computer immediately before this failure? What are the specs of the hard drive?

On another machine create a bootable CD or Flash drive with Seatools from Seagate on it. Boot to it (you may need to go into BIOS to reset your boot order and possibly make the DVD or USB bootable, you may need to 'hit any key to boot to CD' as well) and run the short hard drive test if it sees the hard drive. Seatools can repair minor drive problems but if they are major or too many minor ones, or if it does not find the drive, it will need to be replaced. If the drive does not appear you can try a new SATA cable and a different power plug but it is probably gone. You can also install it as the second drive on another desktop machine or put it in an external case or use a USB/SATA hard drive adapter/test cable and try it on another machine as an external to see if it is seen.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
