Solved Desktop icons disappear when Webpage larger than screen open

Specs: Windows 7, 4096 D MMb
Website opens bigger than screen size with the result that the taskbar and the top bar disappear. The website fills the whole screen. Help please. Not sure that categories selected are the right ones.

Hi Johnw. Yes it is. What happens is that when you hovers the mouse on top it appears again.
