Solved Desktop changes after a new start.

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, ntel Core i3 2120 - 3.30 GHz-4GB / 4GB DDR3 Ram
Sorry, I Have asked this question before, but did not get a working answer. Desktop changes after a new start. All the icons I had arranged in groups to make my life easier, are back to the left of my screen. Right clicking on the desktop --> View shows "autoarrage icons" as off.

What can be the problem that causes this ?

If all else fails and it hasn't been too long you can just do a system restore to a date from before the problem started.
