dell xps l501 freez

Specs: Windows 7, 4 gig
i hav dell xps l501 laptop
about 2 years ago the laptop starts to freez randomly everythings freez but the wifi button works and mous stop on the screen and after a minute goes to bsod and gives a shadow memory error
i had it repared by replacing the round power
now the laptop have the same error (after 2 years) and did not go to the bsod and randomly goes to bsod
i change the os 7 10 but not solved
i upgrade the bios
i rewrite the bios
downgrade the bios
replace the new ram
format and scan hdd
test everything with tester
no error have seen
the fan cycling is in minimum
i had it to repair and it is about 2 mount with them but they cant find the problem
i need someone to help me

XPS laptops do not have the best hardware, in my experience. What are the specs of your system? Have you evaluated the error on the blue screen? What is the error you're seeing?

The freezing/blue screen could be a hardware or drivers problem. It's difficult to determine without more information.

Doing the best I can here... And remember, there's always more than one path to success. :)

Do you ever clear out temporary files? Try downloading and using CCleaner Slim. Run the cleaner module. Get it at the link below.

Have you blown out the cooling vents with a can of compressed air? Overheating can be an issue.
Install HWMonitor and report the temps at idle and after 10 minutes of working/playing. Installing HWMonitor and seeing the temps before and after cleaning out the vents might shed a new light on the issue. Post results.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Have you or the shop tun the command: sfc /scannow ?
this is a check for corrupted/changed system files.

after freezing it goes to blue screen and shows the crash dump
the error code is:
