Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core i7 / 8 GB Ram
This information is not a question but a solution regarding my Dell XPS 14Z Laptop that i recently bought from Dell directly. The issue that i had was that it kept feezing / hagns whenever i left the laptop in idle condition for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes.

To know what the problem is i thought its a motherboard issue or heat sync since it laptop temperature was really high as well. I called Dell and they replaced the motherboard and the heat sync within 2 days (a technician was sent to my house). Same day i again had the same issue (laptop freezing after about half an hour when left in idle condition). The issue was more common in my bedroom, i thought it could be electrical interferance so i called electricians to check the power outlets but issue was still there.

Finally i resolved the issue myself. The problem was if you have a Rogers (Modem / Router), and your own router as well then two routers will keep interfering with your laptop WiFi frequency. Remember that new Rogers Routers have capability of a router as well as a modem. So all i did was to disconnect my own router and got my home network connected to Rogers Router / Modem (once piece). Issue is now resolved and Dell XPS 14Z does not freeze anymore.

Easy fix, only use one router in your home network so they dont create interferance.

What if your name is Roger and you own that router? It would then be a Rogers modem.

Katy Perry, I'd never treat you badly.
