d drive will not recognize installation disk

Specs: Windows 7
I down loaded a program microsoft office 2010 and only roxio will come up and I burned a disk, but every time I want to install the program it brings up roxio and I cannot install the program.

You cannot download MS Office, you have to purchase it. A better idea would be just download openoffice.org. It is a full featured Office suite, it is free, it can open and save in MS Office formats for portability/shareability.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.

I tend to disagree with that...it is a poor reproduction and not as user friendly as M$ Office.
I would say purchase the Office program IMO

Actually, you can legitimately download the product...as long as you purchase it from M$ first:

I'd tend to agree with Fingers...a free version of OpenOffice is less risky (and of course MUCH less expensive) than M$ Office; plus there is scant differences between the two for most home users. I've used OpenOffice for several years (since v1.5) at home and haven't had any need to install the last copy of M$ Office that I purchased (Office97).
