Creating an encrypted Read-only medium.

Specs: Windows 7, Intel 64-bit

I would like to create an encrypted read-only medium that consists the following:

- It would be based on 448-bit Blowfish algorithm
- It would be playable on both Cd players and on computers.
- It would only be accessed on a read-only volume-based logical drive.
- It would need to be based on an El Torito CD-ROM format.
- As for audio files, it would need to be a lossless .mp3 or .mp4 (not .wma) format so that it would be playable on all electrical appliances.
- The audio files must not be hidden at all.
- The audio files would be needed to be accessed via public key for decrypting within a
read-only volume of a logical drive.
- It must be on a cross-platform hybrid image.
- It would include a batch file autorun script file that automatically does that.

Therefore, such of a CD-R format would have a circumvention ratio of zero percent.

If anybody has the answers to what I'm writing about, feel free to answer anytime.

With hope, someone who knows this to what I'm writing about will come up with a cure-all solution.

It isn't possible. Reduce your requirements to things that can work.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

If anyone had such a cure-all solution they wouldn't be giving it away on a forum. They would be selling it to the highest bidder.
