create DirectSearchFrame, TBO_IE

September 27, 2011 at 09:59:59
Specs: Windows 7
I get two boxes telling me that access is denied, and is null or underdefined. This was dealt with yesterday by a rep. from esupport/sony. But now those boxes are back and they basically say the same thing create TBO_IE, no Direct Search Frame

I tried to restore my my computer to a time before these boxes started popping up about access being denied, butthere was no restore point going back that far.I tried to install a restore date to that time but that didn't work either..

in post to the directsearchframe error (and second)popup that follows i found out that if u disable/uninstall browser helpers/accelerators (ie bing, live ,yahoo toolbar, etc) basically resetting your explorer to default... that means NO toolbars of anykind.. the annoyances willl disappear,, of course (windows updates will help i think)-- i also tried to "fix" it by using pc cleaners and debuggers.. no change.

im using xp pro ie8 not sure if it can help other ie or os,, but i think the root of the problem lies in yahoo toolbar or a toolbar not working properly,

I fixed this problem by disabling the Yahoo Toolbar. It seem I.E. is picky on add-ons. I got there from Tools then Manage Add-ons.
