Specs: Windows 7, corei5/4gb

hello
this is my Bug check description: This indicates that a trap was generated by the Intel CPU and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.
my firewall is comodo 5.10.228257.2253/
(windows version: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7600
windows dir: C:\Windows
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 480 @ 2.67GHz Intel586, level: 6
4 logical processors, active mask: 15
RAM: 4150984704 total)

"A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error"

You didn't give the name of the identified third-party driver file. We need that filename so we can tell you what it belongs to. My suspicion is that the driver belongs to your Comodo Firewall since firewalls install their own driver files, as do CD-burning applications and antivirus apps.

I therefore suggest you remove Comodo Firewall and enable the Windows Firewall instead. If the error then does not appear anymore, it was definitely Comodo that was causing it.

If the error still occurs without Comodo installed, it may be your Antivirus or CD-burning software so uninstall each of those in turn and see if that fixes the error.

However, it will avoid a lot of uneccessary uninstalling of software if you told us the name of the driver file so we can definitley tell you what it belongs to.

Put windows 7 installation disk and repair and check if that solves the issue or boot your pc in safe mode and uninstall any recent drivers you installed or do a system restore.
