Launch Task Manager >> open Processes tab >> sort the processes by 'CPU' & descending >> post here which processes use most CPU.

Restart in Safe Mode with Networking. In safe mode download, update, and run Malwarebytes. Remove all it finds. Then Update your antivirus program and run that also. Remove all it finds. [Both if these are more effective when the 'problem' is not running.] Run msconfig and go to the Start Tab and uncheck all except Microsoft and your antivirus program, Apply and restart the machine (Normal Mode).
If you have any problems after that, post the highest CPU users as listed above in #1
Consider uninstalling programs you never use. Google the names of anything you do not know what it is for.
Consider running Disk Clean Up for all drives. (general maintenance)

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

thanx for advice installed malwarebytes ran it it found several things. removed them now laptop runs as good as new thank you
