Is any way they can be converted to be watched on normal dvd player without making them bigger sizes and taking ages to be done....Or if not- in which format (smaller or compressed) I need to convert them to watch on my pc. At the moment I can burn aprox 4- 5 files on 1 dvd.Plese help! I am not aware of all this kind of things. Thanks in advance!

Try one of these free programs. You have to convert the .avi file to dvd.

The .AVI videos will play thru Windows Media Player if you have the proper codecs installed. Or you can download & install VLC Media Player which will play just about anything.

If you want to play them on your regular DVD player, you will need to convert the .AVIs back into DVD format. You can use Convert X to DVD or a similar program. The file size will grow however. You may be able to get 2 movies per DVD.

Or you can buy a new DVD player that supports DivX. Walmart usually has Philips DVD / DivX Ultra players for about $40.
