Is it possible that I can ask a question related to my SOLVED POST of August 2011 from same person? It is about recovering Windows 7 on my laptop.

See More: Continue thread for my 6 months old (Solved) post.

Is the post marked as closed? The original helper may or may not be active on these boards right now.

I suggest you just post a new question. If the original helper is around they may respond or you may get help from another person.

You can also send that original person a Private Message. Open the thread you are referring to. Click on that person's user name. Then click on it again in the new window. You should then see the option to send a private message.

My guess is you're asking about this one?

jefro & HopperRox are "regulars" so you can PM either of them & probably get a response. But princecorum (the one you marked as [solved]) hasn't posted since last November.

actually there is no need to PM anyone, if the poster responds to his past post, those mentioned will automatically see that when they log on to computing.net in their account

Or just ask it now.

A Pit Bull is like a gun you can pet. And there is no safety on it.
