computer wont load windows 7

Specs: Windows Vista
i turn my computer on and it loads all the drivers but then goes black, it is not loading windows at all and i cant press f7 besause the option isnt there.
i have cleaned it out and made sure all the cards are bedded properly help as my business plan is on there and i need it for monday.
would be greatful for any help

you start to tap F8 during boot to get into the boot options, if that fails to bring up your recovery options you can download a repair/recovery cd from here http://neosmart.net/blog/2009/windo...
drop that in and boot from it, try last known good config/repair/system restore

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

Just do NOT do a Factory Restore unless all else fails since you will lose that important file you need. If it comes to that, you can use a Live Linux DVD to boot from (not installed) and copy all of your important files to an external drive before you reload it's factory installation.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.

You also could have a problem with a RAM card, try again with one card at a time if you have more than one. Run memtest to completely evaluate your memory cards, but pulling one at a time if you cannot boot at all might help in a hurry!
