My computer stutters VERY frequently whenever I do -anything-, and when it does, the sound either stops for the duration of the stutter -- or is replaced by a very loud buzzing sound of distorted music or whatever. I was told this could be an issue along the lines of a failing power supply, but...yeah. Any insight?
