Definitely see what happen in the event viewer log:

1.Click Start
2.Click Control Panel
3. Click System and Maintenance
4. Click Administrative Tools
5. Double-Click Event Viewer.

Use System Failure Settings to Stop Automatic Restarts.

1. Click Start and Open the Control Panel
2. Go to System and Maintenance, Click on System.
3. Select Advanced System Settings and choose Advance tab.
4. Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
5. Under System failure uncheck Automatically restart.

I've checked the logs and all it seems to come up with is that windows lost power unexpectedly

Then either the crash was so bad it couldn't write to the log. It may have had time to create a dump log or the power did fail.

Run memtest for a few days.

May have to swap parts to diag it.

Might boot to bios and see if any health settings offer clues.

Hang up and live.

Test your PSU, run memtest, run SpinRite or something similar. Is it all games or only one specific game? Is it only graphically intensive games or any kind of game?
