Solved computer in loop was turned off during recovery

Specs: Windows 7
acer desktop w/win 7 was turned off during recovery mode now its In a loop stating it was turned off during setup pls restart computer and finish setup. well u cant finish setup because you cant get to the recovery screen again. that same loop comes up, saFE MODE doesn't work nothing works..just loops

You need a Windows 7 Repair Disk. You should have made one when the machine was new. If you did not make one yet, you can make one from another Windows 7 machine as long as they are both 64bit or 32bit and use that one. You simply boot to the Repair Disk and choose the System Restore Option from the repair disk options. This will allow you to access your saved Restore Points on your hard drive and restore to the point just before the recovery, or to an earlier one. This assumes that your System Restore was turned on (it is by default).
If this is a portable machine, make sure that the battery is charged and the power cord is plugged in. If this is a desktop, make sure you are plugged into a surge protector or a UPS (battery back up) for protection.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

There is a vague chance that unplugging the power then holding the power off/on button in for a bout 20 seconds will help. Easy to try if nothing else.
