Specs: Windows 7, i3 2100 , RAM single 4GB
when the computer freezes, i wasnt playing any heavy on ram games, sometimes i just start a browser with 1 tab and it can freeze.

more times than not, it will freeze when i resume to work after leaving the computer for about 20-30 mins. my screensaver is 3 mins. power options never turn off HD and display.

the only way that i can solve the problem is hard reset, and its only require once a day,

Avoid registry cleaners. MOST cause more problems then they fix.

Try disabling your screen saver for a few days and see if that is what is causing the problem.
Do a disk clean up to remove junk build up (once a month).
Clean out your browser's History, Cookies, and Temporary internet files (at least weekly).
Set your browser to keep history for only 2 or 3 days.
Set your browser to delete cookies when closing.
Run Malwarebytes to test for an infection that slipped past your AV program.
If this is recent only, try a system restore to a date before the problem began.
Run Memtest86 to see if you have a bad memory card (Burn to CD as bootable using the ISO image and boot to it).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

See event logs, they may tell way it stopped. Might be a dump log to be viewed also.

May have to run a log to diag this, see perfmon.

May have to see bios temps or settings.

Might run cpu and memory diags for a few days to see if they fail.

You could have bios settings wrong.

faizy86 seems to have a habit of suggesting registry cleaners.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
