Specs: Windows 7
operating system boot file missing absolutely all drivers have been erased from hard drives I cant reboot with my windows 7 re-installation disk it keeps reading error

Have you changed the first boot device to "CD/DVD Drive" in BIOS Setup?

Run a bootable CD that you burn with Memtest on it to make sure that your memory is good (probably is, but a bad memory stick can give you false errors on the next test).
Run a bootable CD with your hard drive manufacturer's test utility on it or Seatools from Seagate to make sure that your hard drive is not gone.
Run a Start Up Repair from the Windows 7 Repair Disk (you should have made this when the machine was new). If you did not make this disk yet, you can make one from any Windows 7 machine as long as they both are 64bit or 32bit and use that.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
