CMOS time and date is not error occor

Specs: Windows 7
Hai, Iam Rajesh. my system config... is
Intel Pentium(r) Dual CPU E2160@ 1.80GHz.
RAM- 2.00 GB (1GB+1GB)
System Type- 32 bit O.S.
when i power on my system CMOS time not set error is occor.It show Press F1 to set time and date. whenever i power on this error is occured. i changed new battery also but their is no good result.So please Help me.
Recently I add 1 GB RAM. Two Ram are different company.

I don't think changing the ram would affect the time and date settings. Try removing the jumper on the mobo.

first try with only stick of ram, although i also dont think its the problem, taking 1 out will verify it and take it out of the equation.
try another battery, it may be new but it could also not be working, are you sure its in the right way?

a bios update may also help the situation, check with the manufacturer if the motherboard has known issues.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
