Specs: Windows 7, Intel/Celeron 450/2GB Ram
when i start the computer it seems as if it will completelt start up, but then it pops up this small screen saying Setup Repair Checking System problems....Works for a min or two. Then says to restart immedaitley, click finish, if repains were successful, windows withh stat correctly then if not it will start up repair again, checked the diagnosis of the repair says, Root of cause found: System Volume disk is corrupt, Repair action file system repair (Chkdsk) result Completed Successfully Error code = 0x0 Time Taken 1014ms, So if a Chkdsk can only be completed when the computer actually starts up, what should i do? and if i need a restart disk where can i get one?

boot with linux boot disk, run a checkdisk from linux, rusing your recovery cd run a repair, if you still have problems, save all your files using the linux boot, then run a factory restore, replace your files,

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

You can get a recovery disk from the manufacturer for a small charge.
You can download a hard disk utility from the hard drive manufacturer's website and make a bootable CD from it (open PC and read the mfg off the HD) and run the hard drive diagnostic from there.
You can download a Live Linux OS and burn DVD and boot to it.
- - - My preference is the hard drive mfg's utility - - -
If that does not show or fix errors or cannot complete, then download Memtest86, burn bootable CD and run it to test your memory (memory errors can appear as other problems).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

My problem is, that i cannot get past the the error >.< So therefore I'am never in a running OS, so any programs will be of no importance to me, due to i cannot pass this error....So what is my next draw? because the HDD Is behind the CD Drive and cannot get to it. Also i found the computer in the trash lol, so they will not send me anything. So i'am stuck at a draw bridge right now.

Windows recovery disk, Windows repair disk, Windows install disk, Hard drive test utility, Memtest, Linux Live disk ALL DO NOT REQUIRE you to be able to boot into Windows, that is why we suggested them to you for this repair. The ONLY thing you MAY need to do is access your BIOS and reset the boot order to DVD drive before your hard drive so it can read the CD/DVD disks. That is why they are referred to as BOOTABLE since you can boot to them instead of needing windows.
