Certain websites won't load on both windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
I've had a laptop (sony vaio) for over a year and it came with windows 7. I also have a computer that i built a couple years ago and i installed windows 7 on it a couple months ago (reformat). i'm experiencing the same problem on both computers. I also have an old HP with windows xp that doesn't have this problem. Also the computer i built didn't have this problem when i was running xp on it.
Problem is this: Certain websites won't load like www.padres.com and others won't load correctly like www.facebook.com (images won't load). Doing a disk defrag usually provides a temporary fix, but sometimes I have to run the defrag multiple times in one day. Sometime I won't have to do it for a few days.
Please help me I really don't want to run the defrag more than once every few weeks.

Make sure you have adequate browser cache. When you have the problem, clear the cache and try again. Which browser are you in? If IE, you could try another browser or upgrade to IE9.

Use disk clean up now and monthly before you defrag. Clean out your internet files, cookies, history, etc. at least weekly. Set your browser to keep history for only a couple of days and delete cookies and files when closing your browser. Scan your computers with Malwarebytes to make sure you do not have an infection that slipped by your Antivirus program and got onto your network.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
