Can't start windows 7

Specs: Win 7, 3
I un-install a firewall from my laptop and the PC needed to re-tart and since that the the PC is not able to go past the log on stage

Anyhow, that aside, please run one of the repair options by booting from the Windows 7 "System Repair Disc" which hopefully you made (or should have) when Windows was working okay. If you didn't make one, ask a friend to make one for you on their Windows 7 computer. They will find the utility to make one in Control Panel:

Control Panel > Backup and Restore
In the left panel, click "Create a system repair disc"
Have a blank CD-R ready.

Or possibly, try to get into Safe Mode via the F8 key right after the bios screen. There you can examine the autoruns via Start/run/"msconfig". Probably the uninstall program left a "run once" in the segue that's choking the system. Uncheck it - or for that matter, uncheck everything if you have to - and try a full boot.
