Cant reset file extensions.

Specs: Windows 7
Opened a .dll file with notepad,but forget to uncheck "Allways use this program to open this file ."or something like that.Now i cannot reset!

Click the Windows Orb (Start) > All Programs > Accessories and right-click Command Prompt, then ‘Run as Administrator’.

Type assoc .dll=dllfile and press Enter. You may have to restart the computer.

You may have to repeat the command with assoc .exe=exefile

Didn't work... still notepad symbols are on dll files...

Antimalware, Go to the link below and under "Default Windows 7 File Extension Types" scroll down to the underscored "dll" and click on it to download a zipped reg file fix. Follow the instructions under "Here's How:" It should correct your problem.
