can't remove advertisements from ebay and craigslist

I have a little advertisement on craigslist and Ebay simpletools deal finder. I cant remove it isn't in my uninstall programs how can I get this off it is blocking items I am trying to view.

I have just downloaded IE 10 to try on my Windows 7 - 32 bit comp, my default browser is Firefox.

I use Simple Adblock on other browsers, give it a try & I will do the same.
After testing, let me know if it kills those ads, there will be more steps to do, for a complete clean up.
