Try using Mozilla Thunderbird for your emails, I feel it is like Outlook but with some nice new features and it is user friendly. It can import copies of your settings, contacts and old emails but leave the originals so you have the option to go back after trying it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I found a work around for the embedded picture problem when forwarding. When you put your pointer on "forward", there is an arrow at the bottom of the icon. Click it, "forward as attachment". This works everytime, forward to your self for testing. Good luck. Butch
