Cant find W7 Windows Photo Viewer executable

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, 3 GHz / 1919 MB
I have discovered that if I right click a jpg file and select "OPEN WITH.....WINDOWS PHOTO VIEWER" the photo is centered on the screen like I want. However, I cannot find the .exe file for WPV so I can experiment with a script..

What I am planning is to install the scrip and a particular .jpg on a customers computer (hidden) and invoke it when I am done doing un-attended (on his part) remote work on his computer. This jpg will display a message that I was there and a logo. It will remain on his screen after the connection is broken and until he closes the viewer.

After finding the viewer name I would like to create a scrip that does one of the following:
1. Open WPV and then the jpg file or,
2. Open the jpg file with WPV.

You probably need to change the global attributes to show hidden and system files.

Under folder options the Hide system file etc. is NOT checked.

Tools> View> Show hidden files, folder and drives.\> Apply to all folders.

You may need to reboot for the settings to take effect.
