Can't find hotmail for e-mails.

I can't find hotmail site for e-mail searches. It seems to change every time I want to use Hotmail. Where is it today? I have Window 7 on my laptop.

Unclear on what your question is about. Are you saying you can't find the site to login or once logged in you can't find a feature in Hotmail?
