Get your motherboard CD out & run it to install the rest of the drivers.

You need to install the SiS chipset drivers.

Before you installed Windows 7 did you run the Windows 7 Compatibility Test from the MS Windows 7 website?
After you installed Windows 7 did you install Windows 7 compatible drivers for your motherboard and other hardware? Are there even Windows 7 drivers written/offered for your hardware?
Hardware cannot be used without the proper drivers so that your operating system knows what the hardware is and how to control it. If there are Vista drivers but no Windows 7 drivers, you may try them and they often work, but not always, or sometimes work but not completely, BUT Windows XP drivers will NOT work within Windows 7.
If there are no compatible drivers available, you would be best going back to a clean install of XP.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
